Our project centered on the revitalization of Seguros Bolivar’s ARL portal, prioritizing enhanced accessibility, simplicity, and modern aesthetics. Through a comprehensive renovation, we transformed the portal into a user-centric platform, significantly improving usability and visual appeal. The revamped portal now offers seamless navigation, simplified features, and a modernized interface, ensuring an optimal user experience for all users.
Goal
Redesign the ARL portal of Seguros Bolivar, focusing on enhancing accessibility, simplifying navigation, and modernizing its aesthetic appeal to improve user satisfaction and retention rates.
Approach
We approached this project with a strong emphasis on user-centric design principles, conducting thorough research to identify and address user needs effectively. By incorporating intuitive navigation and user-friendly features, we ensured an optimized user experience.
Additionally, we implemented a process of constant iteration with both the team and the users through usability tests conducted via video calls. During these sessions, users tested the product and provided valuable feedback, sharing their doubts and comments. This iterative approach allowed us to refine the portal based on real user insights, ensuring that it met the evolving needs and preferences of our audience.
